Football fever as our homes take part in The Euro 2024 celebrations!
Football fever has arrived at Four Seasons Health Care Group care homes across the UK with residents and team members enjoying the build up to the all important matches.
The care homes have introduced dedicated ‘FanZones’ decorated with bunting, flags and scarves to get everyone in the mood for cheering on Gareth Southgate’s and Steve Clarke’s teams and pop-up pubs will serve beer and bratwurst rolls.
Residents will be enjoying their own games of ‘Slipper Soccer’, competing with team members in penalty shoot-outs and playing score prediction games as they follow all the action throughout the tournament.

Residents at Emberbrook Care Home are loving the Euro football celebrations. Especially resident Val, who has loved football ever since her son Tony Gale became a professional footballer for West Ham many years ago!
Lammermuir Care Home’s residents were buzzing with excitement to watch Scotland in the opening group matches!
Residents at Regents View Care Home are getting hyped up and ready for the England Matches with some alcohol free beer, old fashioned food and some good company from resident’s friends and family members.
Warrior Park Care Home’s resident Margaret and the activities team created a game to see if the other residents could predict the winner. Margaret said she “just can’t wait to see all the games”.
Residents at Redwell Hills Care Home have been helping decorate the home for the celebrations of the Euros! Resident Betty said “come on the lads!”.
St Catherines Care Home’s residents have been enjoying pies and pints whilst they watch the football and also enjoying a game of table football in between matches!
