Your Team Engagement Forum

Your new Team Engagement Forum brings together a number of colleagues from different roles to provide a voice for all team members across the Group. The Forum will share ideas and best practice, discuss any learnings or concerns from across our teams and shape future guidance.

We know you, our colleagues, have a vast amount of knowledge, experience and collective expertise and the Team Engagement Forum will provide an opportunity to better share this experience for the benefit of our residents, team members and the wider communities within which our homes are based.

The Forum meets with the Leadership Team every 3 months to discuss matters that are important to you.
